When a S57 Feature is converted in two S101 Features (exemple RESARE to RestrictedAreaNavigational & RestrictedAreaRegulatory) the second feature doesn't inherit the mask values. (see 101AA005X01SW : RestrictedAreaRegulatory | Area | 1810-2135595576-2).
