When a S57 feature has a radar conspicuous value to 3 , is it necessary to create a s-101 Radar Reflector at the centroid position of the S57 feature ? a Feature association could also be created when the association is possible ? example => Bridge has no feature association binding to a Radar Reflector

Possible association for a radar reflector is "Cable Overhead" and "Pipeline Overhead"

Taking account "2.4.11 Radar conspicuous features" from DCEG 1.1.0, I understand that a radar reflector must be created only on curve features (that is consistent with Possible association for a radar reflector is "Cable Overhead" and "Pipeline Overhead") The test datasets will be corrected in this way.

The V2 test datasets has been corrected == remove radar reflector from point objects

The DCEG advice to encode "Radar Reflectors" on curve features : Extract from 20.17 " .. If it is required to encode radar reflectors on curve features (for instance overhead cables, overhead pipelines, conveyors), this must be done using the feature Radar Reflector." Question : Does the curve feature keep the attribute "radar conspicuous" to true ?
