New S-164 Test datasets have all resources merged #45

All the uploaded datasets have all files in the same folder. It's impossible to tell which .000 files are associated with which .TXT or .TIF files. Can they be grouped into separate folders so the associations can be preserved. The S-164 group is making exchange sets out of all these files and at the moment each supporting resource is supporting each .000 file which isn't the case.

There's also .XML and .VLD files in the uploaded folder. Can we prune these out so the folder structure only contains files destined for the exchange sets....

@kusala9 it seems like the issue with XML and VLD files has been resolved with the new logsdumps folder. Can you confirm that the initial issue is still valid noting that CATALOG.XML files associate the support files with datasets?
