Support files containing text should be UTF-8 encoded. #47

Currently the support files appear to be ANSI encoded. See 101AA00IECTMP.TXT:

Issue appears to be the degree symbols (I think).

I have re-uploaded this file saved as UTF-8. Issue Closed.
