In order to fully test QoBD the following should be addressed:
[ ] The data doesn't match the document
the zoneOfConfidence attributes are missing the fixedDateRange complex attributes.
These should be populated so that the zone of confidence symbol degrades over time.
[ ] The 1.1.0 DCEG allows two options for degrading bathymetric data quality over time. The first method is described above (fixedDateRange on multiple zoneOfConfidence attributes). The second method is to associate the QoBD feature with multiple Spatial Quality information types which have temporal attributes.
One or more QoBD features should be provided which use this encoding method.
[ ] In addition to the two methods of encoding temporal degradation, multiple QoBD features may overlap horizontally to provide full coverage of the water column.
An area of the dataset should be dedicated to providing a complex representation of the data quality in an area by stacking multiple QoBD vertically, and have them degrade over time.
In order to fully test QoBD the following should be addressed:
