Bug on the setting of the Surrounding Depth value for danger objects in two cases

  1. that overlap an inter tidal areas .The current value is 0 and must be replace by depth range minimum value of the inter tidal area (a value < 0)
  2. that overlap un-surveyed areas. The current value is 0 and must be removed (no surrounding depth in an un-sUrveyed area)
