Multiple dataset names set to "101GB003JP003.000" #9

Many of the ISO 8211 dataset names don't match the filenames - instead they are set to 101GB003JP003.000. For example, DS1 and DS2 have this issue.
Edit: Looks like all the "Autogen v6" datasets have the issue
