The mapping from S-57 CBLSUB with CATCBL=6 - mooring cable/chain is to S-101 CableSubmarine with categoryOfCable=6 - Mooring Cable. Note that S-52 does not alert on any CBLSUB, therefore the alert currently generated in S-101 should be removed.
