Updating Images for QualityOfBathymetryCoverage #100

Several figure updates are required arising from change of QualityOfSurvey to QualityOfBathymetryCoverage. @RohdeBSH has graciously assisted me in drafting the new figures. If any are schematically incorrect, please let me know what to change, and I'll be happy to regenerate them.

I will assign reviewers after I have created a draft for each figure needing modification. Please feel free to comment even before reviewers are assigned. Thank you!

@DavidGrant-NIWC I'm not sure what you intend about showing that we are implementing S100_IF_GridValues (due to a lack of UML knowledge on my part).

If showing it would be straightforward, please suggest how to symbolize that, and I will effect the change. If it is subjective or would otherwise require discussion, we can lay it on the table until tomorrow's meeting (or later if necessary).
