In 9.2.3 a table is given with transparency values for different palettes.
Does it mean the for DUSK and NIGHT colour schemes the S-102 portrayal should have a transparency or with other words should we see the underlying ENC depth areas through the S-102 Grid.
We don't think so.
The entire section should be removed from the PS.
In case that we did not understand this section please explain it and amend the PS with this explanation.
