It is opened to develop S-102 Bathymetric Surface Product Specification. The contents of this repository are not offical publication in force, therefore please check the final version on the IHO website.
This branch was created to bring in the changes the PT agreed to in previous meetings regarding replacedData and dataReplacement. I used an advance copy of S-104 PS provided by RM to determine the specific language to use (with modification as appropriate when items pertinent to S-104 did not apply to S-102).
I also fixed a missing angle bracket in a reference inside of one of the MD tables as well as put a newline to correctly format/justify a table header in another MD table.
I am requesting review particularly toward internal consistency and formatting. But in any case, I welcome your comments if you see anything that doesn't look right. Thank you!
