During discussions with @RohdeBSH, it was discovered that multiple tables in the Metadata chapter can be omitted (as they follow "is used without modification [from S-100]"). In a related matter, at least one heading is incorrectly named (specifying S102*** for an attribute for which S100*** is the only proper name). This PR is to correct the name(s), modify any impermissible deviations from S-100 Ed. 5.2.0, and omit any tables that are simply copy-pasted from S-100.
