Corrections to 1.1.0 FC for schema-validity #2

  1. The S100FC:productId element needs to be added, as in the "pre-1.1.0" examples.
  2. Attribute ref UnderKeelClearancePurpose is not found - mismatch compared to code underKeelClearancePurposeType?
  3. Attribute ref UnderKeelClearanceCalculationRequested is not found - mismatch compared to code underKeelClearanceCalculationRequestedType?

For (2) and (3) letter case is also significant. It should pass schema-validation with the above changes, but I also updated the version number to 1.1.0 and date to today (my time).

Please note, I have not checked anything other than schema-validity.
