[ ] file name is invalid (should be 101AA002J4X0001.000)
[ ] Surface geometries have invalid orientation.
[ ] Missing optimumDisplayScale in DataCoverage
[ ] featureName contains invalid attribute displayName

renamed to 101AA002JX0001 and fixes made to attribution. Need to check tests to make sure data producer code is ok - I think it may need an unofficial code but will check tests - we can rename if that is the case.
