Launching issue #103

After installing and getting "Requirements already satisfied" I do not get the launcher.bat file. Is there another way launching the script after installation?

Hey, yea sorry, I need to update the read me. If you download the v1.3.2 version the launcher should be there. If you cloned the repository, you have the beta version to the gui and it's not running perfectly right now.
