Handle the ability to use a completely fresh account that has not yet set the username, and skip tutorial flow

No, unfortunately this won't be implemented as this bot is an account leveling bot, not an account creation bot.

Sorry I didn't mean to create the account. But if a level 1 account is already created, but hasn't set its username.

Yea you have to set the username yourself, but you can skip the tutorials and the bot will run like normal from level 1.
