Banned after a few games (with a screenshot of the message) #221

I think the bot is not working anymore as it is. I just played like 1 game per day and I got banned anyway, so I think the feature that someone requested, to only play 1 game per day will not solve the issue. Below are the screenshots of the games and the message that I received.

Yea, there are a number of ways to combat their automated detection of the bot. However, I am waiting till vanguard is released this week before trying to implement anything, because vanguard will probably prevent the bot from working altogether.

I play on the Japan server. So far I am able to play without being detected by Vanguard. Sometimes it stops with [Vanguard Error VAN 0], but this could possibly be a problem with Vanguard itself or my internet connection.

In VM or single bare metal server?

Again, I will update the bot sometime this summer after assessing the new bots and vanguard. Atm, I am unfortunately busy with other projects.

After the recent maintenance, I logged in and found that two of my accounts had been banned. I have been using this bot for about a year and this is the first time I have been banned. After the introduction of Vanguard, the number of INTRO BOTs decreased and the number of humans increased, so maybe more people are reporting it! aaa

PS I just checked and my account has been banned again. I was getting a [VANGUARD EVENT] warning during a match, and when I logged out and logged back in, I found that I had been banned. Maybe it is detected by VANGUARD. In this state, they will continue to be banned.

Yea, hopefully I'll have time to update the bot over the summer. At the latest in the fall.

hg https://www.op.gg/summoners/jp/TopWard-JP2 Just used the BOT for 4 matches and was detected and banned by VANGUARD (first 2 matches were manual). Wait until the BOT is fixed.
