Moonraker Additional Dependency - Ninja2 #29

I updated Moonraker and found it now requires python3-ninja2.

I know. Klipperwrt is not using the official moonraker but a fork. That fork has some modified code to make some frontend commands work (restart, shutdown). I'll update my fork to the latest moonraker version soon
