Chores + Beginning of Auth flows

Delete duplicate eslintrc.json whose rules weren't being picked up because of the eslintrc.js file and moved rules to eslintrc.js
Fixed linting errors that weren't caught earlier because of ^
Added eslint-config-prettier dependency to prevent conflicting rules between eslint and prettier
Differentiated between a lint and lint:fix script so CI doesn't get false negatives
Moved some devDependencies to dependencies
Added missing ios dependency to Podfile.lock
Added the starting redux logic for login/logout
