National Data Archive (NADA) is an open source data cataloging system that serves as a portal for researchers to browse, search, compare, apply for access, and download relevant census or survey information. It was originally developed to support the establishment of national survey data archives.
The reported percentages are 'strange'. I have included what I expected to see instead.
The bars appear 'strange'. The blue bar corresponding to the value {1=no} appears to be larger than the blue bar corresponding to the value {2=yes} despite the frequency for {2=yes} is 4 times larger than that of {1=no}.
