KSP 1.11: Attaching KAS links resets EVA editor parts highlighting #315

When KAS link is established, all the other compatible KAS targets loose their EVA construction mode highlight. It's happening due to the targets maintain own highlighting logic in state LinkState.AcceptingLinks.
