Step 4: object 'OUTPUT_DIR' not found #9

With the current codebase (060e410426fe729f3002707d488a935ac2e52e88) step 4 throws an error:

object 'OUTPUT_DIR' not found

The simple fix of replacing OUTPUT_DIR with output_folder in the config_template of R/run_submission.R/run_g4m() results in further errors. Probably something special was intended here. Please fix whatever the intent was.

In latest testing, issue was found to have been resolved.
