When trying to include the climate-assessment into the Scenario Explorer processing infrastructure I ran into the issue that this package requires pyam-iamc==1.4.0 while the also required nomenclature package requires pyam-iamc>=1.7.0.
I'll open up a PR, updating the dependencies to see if the tests run.
