IEA Statistics 'Final Energy|Residential and Commercial' - typo: missing 'l' #2

The variable Final Energy|Residential and Commercial of the IEA Energy Statistics has a typo, missing the "l" at the end.

This typo does not affect any assessment in the SR15.

A correction of the variable will be included in release 1.1.

While fixing this issue, we noticed that the values of the following variables were multiplied by two during the migration to the public release:

This issue will also be fixed as part of release 1.1.
