I would suggest a .json file that is easier to read from a coding perspective, than .csv file.

[ ] Create only one instance (the most granular one) for each object in the scenario function. Building stock bld_det_age_iis sufficient (no need to have stock_aggr). Add a groupby at the beginning of function calling stock_aggr to replace it.
