Correct DOI URL in doc/api/model-snapshot #143

The domain (doi.org) was missing, making this a broken link.

Look at the RTD auto build and ensure the link is no longer broken.

I definitely have something to add, too. The snapshot 0 contains some weird units, I think, like 'USD_2005/t' and 'USD_2005/t ', so this probably needs an update, too, at some point.

I made this PR on a tangent from writing a reply there, but if I missed anything, please do chime in. See also #102 and the Slack thread I just started.

You didn't miss anything, I just wasn't aware of the issue and Slack thread you linked above anymore, so I spent some time this morning troubleshooting the issue and thought these unit issues should be recorded somewhere :)
