I noticed some issues in the Natura 2000 data. Maybe relevant to include functions in the package to check these issues?

Designation date (in NATURA2000SITES): some are (by default?) set to 1900
PERCENTAGECOVER (in HABITATCLASS): contain some outliers (e.g. 155% instead of 1.55%). Not easy to detect as the sum of the % per site could be >100% because of overlaps
Species names (in SPECIES): nomenclature not uniform

e.g. 'Ardea alba' == 'Casmerodius albus' == 'Ardea alba Linnaeus, 1758' in N2000 records
