Add thermal and flicker noise to LUTs

Issue

Noise data was not yet saved in the LUTs, even though it was (partially) available in the techsweep outputs.

Changes

• Save flicker noise data in xschem testbenches
• Add thermal noise (STH) and flicker noise (SFL) to LUTs
• Update testbench outputs and LUTs
