Prevent default balloons with a style instead of an event handler #171

What should this feature enhancement do?

Make setDisplayMode available in KmlBalloonStyle

Are there any known workarounds that produce similar results?

Assign an event handler with event.preventDefault

This style also hides labels on placemark mouseovers in the application, but 
the 
plugin only hides default balloons. It would be nice if the behavior of this 
style 
was the same in both the application and plugin.
