Sybase odbc driver 12.5 error #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 ss

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Sybase ASE ODBC Driver  Version 4.20.00.67 ( I guss this is called 12.5)

Please provide any additional information below.
Previous used sybase 11.5 driver.

Where is the problem or issue?
Please describe an issue, attach a screen-shot if required.

ps: aseisql does not use odbc driver to connect the database.
