Mouse Right Button... Exsecute Option #13

To include in the right click menu window an "Execute..." option. This
option will allow the user to execute the selected text...

you can press F9 or click on execute button in toolbar.
if nothing selected, the whole text is executed, 
if any text selected, then only selection will be executed.

so, is it really needed?
