Open Procedure shortcut throwing error #81

1. I installed Sybase ASE Developer Edition. This effectively installed 
2. I then installed 'ASE ISQL'
3. I ran the copylibs.bat file in the folder C:\sybase\OCS-15_0\scripts, 
with parameter 'create'. The information generated include five messages of 
"1 file(s) copied." and two messages of "The system cannot find the file 
specified".
4. I am able to launch ASE ISQL successfully & could able to connect to one of 
my ASE Server.
5. But when I try to Open Procedure using 'Open Procedure' shortcut then I am 
getting the following error message.
ct_fetch(): user api layer: internal common library error: The bind of result 
set item 1 resulted in truncation.

Can some one please reply what is the resolution for the problem. Rest all is 
working fine except this.

Guys, Can any one reply to this message? I am not able to use ASE ISQL since I 
couldn't able to look my the stored procedures.
