Add September README's #126

[ ] I have checked that my solution is passing on Problem (in case you make some changes).
[ ] I will send my PR only after I'm assigned to this issue by any maintainer.
[x] I ensure that I'm not assigned to more than 2 issues.
- [x] Assign this issue to me (I want to work on this).

It's not necessary for all for points to be checked, we will look at what is required once you open an issue.

I want to contribute but I am a bit lost as to how github works. This is my codechef profile: https://www.codechef.com/users/ista2000 Am I eligible for contributing? If yes, how to? I would appreciate a bit of help :)

Hey @Ista2000 its good to see new contributors, its okay if you don't know github well you can always ask for help on our gitter channel for that. All you need to know about contributing to this repo can be found CONTRIBUTING.md , I'll be adding the README's for the September month after the lunctime, until then you can go through the previous challenges (I'm sure you'd find many more codes to contribute 😉 ). Incase you need any help you can ask here gitter

For MAY17 I have AC solutions for GPD and SANDWICH. I saw they werent here.

Create separate issue for both of them and send PR then 😄 .

I sent 4 PRs. 2 for the problems and 2 updating the Readme.md. I hope thats not an issue. :( I apologize if I have unintentionally spammed, I am a beginner.
