Feat: Page in between the github transition #81

Solution to iiitv/algos-web#80 now there's an "algorithm" page displaying the viewable files. CSS is screwed but the entire file was copied from the home page so 🤷 image

@SteakFisher Do one thing, clone this again, use yarn to install dependencies, run a build on your local machines, resolve any issues that occur and then resend the PR.
