There's a use case where specific pages on a site are discussed in specific github issues and could play the role of a type of forum as mentioned in #7.

This came up thinking about the OII framework

This is something that came to mind also when dealing with repos that have valuable info both in the content in markdown as well as in issues. Being able to "refresh" issues from the issue tracker into related markdown and possibly roundtrip it (would need API implementation) would be very nice.
