Maybe we could transform the existing csv files into linked csv? @elf-pavlik @n-kb

We could also expose a sparql end point directly on our neo4j backend. Not sure how mature the neo4j sparql plugin is though? @jexp

Creating a new issue about ontologies. #32

First attempt at structuring the data. I'm aiming at using JSON-LD. Work in progress.
