Update the script mpv-iina.rb to build with mpv 0.33.1.

The mpv project says this about version 0.33.1: "Security fix release for the 0.33 branch. Users are advised to upgrade immediately."

User orlando-oli entered issue iina#3472 requesting IINA upgrade to a version of mpv without the vulnerability.

mpv has released 0.34.0 making this issue inapplicable.
