Better IPTV UI #3172

There is an Android APK called TiviMate and it handles IPTV streams brilliantly. I would like to see IINA handle IPTV M3U8 files better than just listing the URL like VLC. If you the app could read EPG data that would be brilliant.

Currently, the chapters section doesn't work like it should with complex IPTV M3U8 URLs.

I would use this feature to watch better watch IPTV files.
