Unpack dialog must use same folder by default

By default such a dialog uses directory from other panel. I believe it will be useful to unpack into the same directory where packed file is now.

Actually it brakes whole idea of having two panels in such a file manager, what do you think?

Decided to utilize inactive folder as a destination for unpacked data.
