UI: Display application service meshes

Prerequisite for steps 1-4 (#89) is realized and initially working, i.e., reading out IVML values and graphs for drawflow (see link above). Writing back from service editor #136 requires a follow-up issue (#97).

I've split this issue up into viewer and editor. This can be closed as soon as also the backward flow indicators and the new service types are done ;)
