Example 'revisit' record has incorrect WARC-Profile value #36

In section 6.7.3 "Profile: Server Not Modified":

To indicate this profile, use the URI: http://netpreserve.org/warc/1.1/revisit/server-not-modified

In section 10.6 "Example of ‘revisit’ record" the URI is missing the '/revisit/' subdirectory:

WARC-Profile: http://netpreserve.org/warc/1.1/server-not-modified

This error is present in both WARC 1.0 and WARC 1.1 standards.
