Main menu is not responsive in about university form #27

while testing it was found that main menu bar was not responsive as a result of that the whole page of about university is not responsive

This might be due to the older version of site on "No-ip" server, because it is working fine on computer, even if we resize the browser screen.

just try out the site now.,, it should work.

I tried site on the my device again and it is working fine but i found another bug that when we click on the toogle button of the main menu both main menu and gateway menu are getting opened and I am not sure that it is a bug or a feature . please elaborate it
