11 years ago Yes Sagore but as in our current site. Reach us map works with guiding through the whole path from university gate to the college so need to work on that as well.

11 years ago Yeah I have seen that too, if you can implement that "Guide Button" then it would be a nice feature.

11 years ago hmm good option, we will implement it. Even i am looking for some more API or feature . The design last made currently on iips was in 2009. Ab to bahut se Ache options available honge, its 2013 right now. So we need to upgrade our model to the latest.

11 years ago I have updated the Google Maps , replaced the old iframe with the Google API integration in our website , this would give us loads of options to customize Google Maps with features like manual navigation , directions and more.
But adding the API in our own code has increased the Google Maps loading time. But as Our site would run on the server so hopefully no such problem would come.
Also some plans to share is
1) rather than using timing settings as in the current site,if we click on "my guide here" button this would start a timer and we move from DAVV gate to the college. rather we would use the direction that would take us from DAVV gate to IIPS.
2) Also Manual Navigation would be there that would help the person from DAVV to IIPS step by step.
Your suggestions welcome please

11 years ago As i thought Google Maps are used to let the person know where to go , so our old site does not showed the visitors how to reach iips from DAVV main entrance. So Should we implement the Google Maps Directions from DAVV Main Entrance to IIPS . Google Maps Show the right starting point i.e. DAVV but I think It shows the wrong exit point as IIPS (it shows the back gate of IIPS , the old Faculty parking).
