Assignment 2 - Missing file? #9

a2.py file refers to some functions I wasn't able to find including 'test_hmm_fit_transition', 'test_hmm_fit_emission' and a couple of other testing functions. So I was wondering if a pyhon test script wasn't missing in the repository.

Right you are -- it's there now (a2_test.py)
