Use VirtualBox 5.2.18 (default on Ubuntu 18.04, download from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Download_Old_Builds_5_2 for Windows).

The VM is ready, on my laptop. At the moment I do not really know where to upload it.

I think now that a working binary distribution of the compiler for Windows is available and working in https://github.com/iit-danieli-joint-lab/idjl-gcc-vxworks/pull/6, there is no need for this anymore.
