Remove unused setup.sh #21

The setup.sh was not used in build_idjl_gcc_vxworks.sh, instead only setup.sh.in was used in https://github.com/iit-danieli-joint-lab/idjl-gcc-vxworks/blob/master/build_idjl_gcc_vxworks.sh#L142 .
