Correct order status options should be

Denied
Check Ideashop, Patrick
Check buying restrictions, Rima (perhaps this status change can trigger an email "we've received your order and are confirming whether it is possible to purchase, please confirm with Rima Kuprys...")
Approved for reimbursement
Ordered
Received
Picked up
