From ITSC, user Soren Spicknall reported receiving this email today for his IPRO 397-400 in 2016. Anyone have any idea what could've caused this?

There currently is no way to clear posters from the system that were never picked up without sending emails. Tiffini pushed a lot of posters through the workflow today to get rid of them.

In that case, do you think that'd be something worth putting in there? Or maybe a check to make sure that no emails are sent out for posters older than a certain date?

How about we combine the ideas. If a poster is older than one month pop-up requiring user action to verify if email should be sent?
