[BUG] Data Addition False Positive #133

Detailed Description

On endpoints where POST is needed for adding data, since we are capturing BaseException, we get a false positive even when the data is not added as a backend response.

Expected Behavior & Possible Solution

This has been fixed in https://github.com/iit-technology-ambit/Syphus/commit/e44b7429c6c22794642ba2c91fd5c0ed3b520b88 and needs to be replicated to add DB model files which are added into database.
