[plugins] some problem with "fix-googlemap-china-offset" plugins #1102

Well I find this plugins is very useful in google road layers ,but it's useless in google hybrid view , hope some one can fix this problem btw I need a new plugins which like this but just work in google map ( PC website) but not in iitc ,can you help me ? Thanks
